Brooks Smith's Bio:

Brooks Smith was born and raised in Midland, Texas.  His father was a builder so homes is something Brooks grew up knowing.  After graduating Lee High School, he continuted his education at both Midland & Odessa College.  His educational focus was on petroleum, business and real estate. Brooks was a single parent for 18 years, raising three sons.  His youngest son is presently a decorated service member serving with the 160th Airborne Special Forces stationed in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.  Brooks has been a business owner in Midland for more than twenty-five years and has served on many local boards: Government Affairs Commitee, Permian Basin Board of Directors, City of Midland Airport & Planning, Keep Midland Beautiful, member of the County Education District (he was appointed by the Governor), and Greenwood School Board Trustee.  He enjoys giving back to the community by being involved with United Way, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, and Habitat for Humanity. Brooks is presently an active Realtor with Legacy Real Estate.  His current designations are GRI, CRS, ABR, TRLP to better assist you in your next real estate transaction.
